I would have never thought about all the "Little" and also some of the "Large" items that he took the time to verify if good or if needing NO repair, or Minor repair or MAJOR repair. He answered ALL of our questions. He also provided, that night, a Formal Report and an Inspection Summary. I highly recommend his services when looking for a home inspector!
